STEP 1. ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS AT NEW FLIGHT SERVICES

1. Students must collect the prospectus of TMT Flight Support Services, Inc./ TMT AVIATION SCHOOL  [Philippines] and their enrollment Form.
2. Filled in Application Form
3. Following Documents must be submitted along with the Application Form :-

    

   1. School Diploma
   2. Birth Certificate
   3. Original Medical Fitness copy and Eye test/Color vision test Certificate
   4. Latest Passport size Photographs in White shirt – 4
   5. Photocopy of Passport
   6. Complete Agreement
